The heat transfer film adheres equally well to pre-printed or coated surfaces and is also receptive to hot-stamping. Our Proprietary transfer film is unwound by a rotating head and pulled towards a heated silicone roller while an electronically-controlled “eye” keeps the image in registration. The film and heated roller are brought into contact with the item's surface using optimized temperature, dwell time, and pressure settings. The subsequent blank film is wound onto an alternate blank core during transfer.
