High flexibility for the highest demands - The DIGITRAN TU heat transfer machine is the solution for photo-realistic heat transfer decoration. This powerful, semi-automatic machine can be equipped with tooling for cylindrical, flat or tapered products, allowing various product decoration options. This enables the user to decorate cups, bottles, tubes, jars, toys, and many other shapes with just one machine.

Controlled by a touch-screen display, the TU allows the operator to modify and save optimized machine settings, saving time and energy. Thanks to the compact design of the TU it can be set up almost anywhere. This makes the TU a cost-efficient solution for the decoration of small to mid-size orders.

DIGITRAN TRT

The DIGITRAN TRT allows for fast, safe and simple heat transfer decoration of tubes, cartridges, shells and a variety of other mandrel-carried articles. Producing fast and flawless decorations, the TRT is designed to utilize the DIGITRAN heat transfer process to apply high resolution heat transfer decals in any quantity. Its rotary design allows for quick item transport throughout eight stations. Anticipating our customer's needs, these stations can be equipped with different functionalities such as a flame pre-treatment unit. Automatic infeed and out-feed cycles and easy-to-mount tooling give the TRT precise and rapid decoration capabilities. You can easily and efficiently decorate a wide range of items from a tiny tube to a large cartridge with just one operator.

TURBOTRAN 6.1

The TURBOTRAN 6.1 is the first and fastest fully automatic heat transfer machine for the textile industry. It is designed to apply heat transfer decals to t-shirts, sportswear, work wear as well as bags at a speed of up to 600 textiles per hour - with a single operator!
To reach this high level of productivity most process steps have been automated. Therefore the machine is equipped with two heat transfer presses, an automatic placement system for the transfers, a peel-off-station that removes the carrier material, and an automatic out-feed of the decorated textiles. With all these stations doing their work, all the operator has to do is to feed the machine with textiles. On top of that the in-feed station is equipped with out "in-and-out"-technology which makes it possible to start the next cycle without touching a button or kicking a pedal.
Furthermore, the machine can be tooled with all kinds of platen sizes from child clothing to work wear jackets. Coming in both versions as a standard platen or as a membrane platen for difficult to reach areas.
Further features are an out-feed conveyor belt, laser guidance for the textile placement, quick exchange system for the platens and many more.
